With nearly 200 directing credits over a 40+ year career, he has served as the founding director of Town of Hempstead Repertory, resident director of the former Airport Playhouse for 13 years and directed numerous productions for L.I.'s Star Playhouse and Township Theatre.
Mr. Grossman now serves as the Executive Producing Director for Studio Theatre. Mr. Grossman has recently helmed RODGERS & HAMMERSTEIN'S CINDERELLA, BONNIE & CLYDE, and CATCH ME IF YOU CAN, for which he received his 6th BroadwayWorld.com "Best Director" nomination.
Rick Grossman has been in the world of theatre since the age of six, when he appeared with his parents in the Yiddish Theatre on NY's 2nd Ave---"The Jewish Broadway".
After year as a child actor on stage and in film, he went on to study theatre at NYC's H.S. of Performing Arts, Hofstra University, The Pasadena Playhouse and with acting guru Stella Adler.

He retired from the NYPD as a Detective Squad Commander in 2008, after serving for 20 years.

David Dubin has been a theater director in the Tri-State area for over 40 years.
With a BA in English and Drama from Colgate University and MA in English from NYU he has also studied Script Interpretation with Stella Adler in her studio in Manhattan and has studied directing in London with Euan Smith of The Royal Shakespeare Company.

David has directed in many theaters on Long Island, such as The Bare Bones Theater, The Star Playhouse, The BroadHollow Theater and The Arena Players.
His favorite local theater in which to direct has always been Studio Theatre. When the previous owner was planning to close the doors in 2015, David bought the company and has kept it going, He is now joined in partnership with Mike Blangiforti and Rick Grossman.
Among his favorite directorial projects since taking over Studio (now Manes Studio), are AFTERPLAY, THE BOYS IN THE BAND, NIGHT MOTHER, ALL MY SONS, the United States premiere of Arthur Miller's NO VILLAIN, TWELVE ANGRY MEN, WHAT THE RABBI SAW, and GOD HELP US, starring the late Ed Asner

In his role, Peter oversees the Box Office, Café, building maintenance, and spearheads efforts in promotion and publicity. Now, he’s also taking on an exciting new chapter—managing Youth Theatre Program

As a director, Evan has helmed acclaimed productions such as Henry V and A Midsummer Night’s Dream, among others. Now, as Executive Director of the Youth Theatre Program, Evan combines his artistic vision, leadership, and passion for mentorship to inspire the next generation of performers—fostering creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love for the arts.
