Studio Theatre of Long Island invites your students to experience the excitement, imagination, and educational value of live theatre with our 2027 Daytime Repertory Theatre Program.
Designed especially for school groups, our daytime performances provide teachers with an engaging field-trip experience that brings literature, storytelling, character, and important life lessons off the page and onto the stage.
March 3 – April 30, 2027
Aesop and a lively band of storytellers bring some of the world's best-known fables to life—and invite students to explore the lessons behind them.
Featuring favorites including The Tortoise and the Hare, The Boy Who Cried Wolf, The Lion and the Mouse, The Fox and the Grapes, The Fox and the Crow, and more.
Filled with humor, imagination, and timeless lessons, Aesop’s Fables offers teachers a wonderful opportunity to connect live theatre with classroom discussions about character, choices, consequences, honesty, perseverance, and kindness.
May 3 – June 11, 2027
E.B. White’s beloved classic comes to life on stage!
Join Wilbur, Charlotte, and the barnyard gang in the unforgettable story of an extraordinary friendship between a little pig and a very special spider.
A touching and entertaining theatrical experience, Charlotte’s Web beautifully complements classroom learning while opening conversations about friendship, loyalty, compassion, language, character, and empathy.
For many children, a school trip to the theatre is their first experience seeing a live theatrical production. We want to make that experience exciting, accessible, and meaningful.
Our Daytime Repertory Program is ideal for elementary school classes, educational programs, homeschool groups, camps, and other youth organizations.
